About Me

Hello! I am currently a student getting my second degree in Interior Design from Parsons School of Design. I'm currently living in the East Village and love the location because I can walk to school.

I'm looking for a female young professional or student in her mid-late twenties. I consider myself to be pretty laid-back and chill, just ask that you'll be respectful of common spaces and clean up after yourself and I will do the same. I consider myself to be a good mix of extroverted and introverted. I love to get out and do things, but am also independent and value some alone time. Not expecting to be best friends with my roommate (although that would be a bonus if so), but would love to find someone that I get along with. I stay very busy with school during the semester, but still enjoy exploring in my free time and nights out, but I don't bring the party home. I'm fine with guests as long as they are communicated about beforehand!

A little about me: I love music, so I go to a lot of concerts and festivals. I love exploring the city and all it has to offer. I enjoy cooking occasionally, as well as trying out new restaurants. I love all things art (fashion, interior design, art, photography). Definitely reach out if you think we'd be a good fit!

Available Room for Rent

Looking for female roommate for lease takeover

Hi!

I have an open room in my apartment on 3rd St. between Ave C and D. My current roommate is moving in with one of her friends, so I am looking for someone to take over her room through the end of the lease, on 7/31/20, with the option to renew then.

The room is a good size with a large window and room for a full or queen sized bed, bedside table, and dresser or desk. The closet is in the living room next to the bathroom which we will share. The living room and kitchen are furnished, but if you have your own furniture I’m open to switching it out! Laundry and elevator in the building and an unfinished rooftop and backyard shared among the building. Multiple grocery stores nearby and a Duane Reade a block away.

Looking for someone easy going, respectful and clean. Preferably a female in her mid 20s-early 30s.
