Beautiful home with large bedroom for rent. Has sliding doors to private balcony. Great views over canals, in the winter it turns into an ice rink and in the summer it’s a boating paradise. Fish, paddle board and kayak right off the dock out back.

Queen size bed, side tables, lamps. Desk, and large closet.

House has 3 bathrooms, I have an ensuite so the one that’s for the roommate, (however not in your bedroom it’s across the hall) would have it predominantly to themselves.

Laundry, dishwasher and fireplace.

This house is a lifestyle, not just a house. The community has so much to offer. Including a private beach.
