I’ve just moved into the apartment myself and I LOVE it so far. The building is in the heart of midtown while still having a neighborhood feel and it’s within walking, biking, and driving distance to literally anything you could want to go to. It’s only a few blocks from Piedmont Park!
It’s 700 square feet with a shared bathroom, private unfurnished room and large closet, and plenty of shared space to decorate and fill. The laundry is shared with the rest of the building (8 total apartments) and is extremely well-maintained.
There’s the possibility of adding another cat to the lease but no dogs.
