This unit has one room available from 1st May. The room is a decent size with a wardrobe, bathroom is sharable between the 2nd bedroom and den. This condo has a gym, pool, and other facilities, parking is available as well and included in the rent along with hydro. The living room and kitchen will be shared between me and other roommates.
