I am a 51 year old single white Male with no Pets, I currently have a full-time Job, I am clean, respectful and generally pretty quiet; I have expectations of the same wherever I chose to live.

Cleanliness is a HUGE deal to me; The last several places I’ve lived have been routinely super-messy with dishes left in the sink for days on end and I am OVER it…I always clean up my own messes as soon as I make them, and hope any future roomies would be the same way; though I AM happy to help clean up if someone else makes a meal I partake of.

I’m pretty much a full-time geek and spend most of my free time watching shows/movies on my computer, playing games and other indoor activities. As such I DO require a good internet connection (see below). While I am not averse to socially interacting outside of my room, it may depend on who and what is involved.

I tend to keep to myself though if I know I have the place to myself I will occasionally crank the tunes and rock out, but I will NEVER do so at an inappropriate time!

I am very respectful and treat everyone equally well, regardless of age, gender identity, sexual orientation, personal relationship arrangements or religion (Politics would be an issue if you don't believe in that kind of equality.); frankly I grew up with such a diverse background and have too many friends, and even a  few family members, that fit outside of what most would call "normal" and those are the kind of folks I get along with best!

I have no pets of my own but love dogs and cats equally!
