I am an actress who has been living in the city for going on 6 years now. My best friend and I (and her cat) are moving into a 3br apartment in Flatbush/Midwood and are looking for a third roommate to sign a year long lease with us. Must have good credit. We already have a guarantor and are on the lease, we are just looking for someone to join the lease with us and fill the third room.
I work as a server as my survival job. I am friendly, chatty, and a bit of a homebody. Silly, responsible, clean. Mature, and I enjoy wine, and meaningful conversation. I enjoy a quiet home (besides laughter, singing).
I don't smoke, don't do drugs. I don't like to throw parties, I like the house to be more of a place to feel safe and decompress and have a "home" with the people I live with. I'd love to ultimately share a house with two people whom I feel I can trust, and have a good relationship with, but I'm ok with being comfortable housemates as well. LGBT friendly.
