Hi all! My name is Jonathan, and I have a room available for rent starting Sunday, October 12, 2025. I live at Casa Grande Apartments in Cypress, CA in a one bedroom. I’ve been living here with my brother for 4 years, but he is moving, and I am looking for someone to take his spot. While I live in a one bedroom, the living room is where I sleep - I’ve turned it into my own bedroom. The *real* bedroom, is what I am renting out. My month to month rate is about $2600, which would be $1300 on the 1st of each month. You’d get a room (semi furnished, desk and mattress available), a covered parking spot, and access to amenities such as the gym, laundry, & the Amazon locker room. I’m a sweet, quiet, friendly 31 year old male looking for someone who’s easy to live with, physically and emotionally safe to be around, on time with rent, and someone who doesn’t mind my furry cat friend living with us!
