Available Room for Rent

Seeking female for furnished bedroom (private bath + walk-in closet), Navy Yard

Looking for someone to replace me on the lease for a primary bedroom in a 3bed/2bath Navy Yard apartment. The other two roommates are early-20s female professionals. Move-in available immediately, and the lease ends in August 2025. Rent is $1767 (base rent and amenity fee), plus utilities, but I’m open to negotiation.

About the room/apartment:
- The bedroom includes a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. Basically fully furnished — mattress, bed frame, nightstand, closet hangers, various lamps, small bookshelf, desk, and chair are included. 
- The apartment has two bedrooms and a den — the other two roommates use the secondary bedroom and the den-turned-bedroom and share the hallway bathroom. 
- The apartment is a <5 min walk to Whole Foods, <10 min walk to Harris Teeter, <15 min walk to the Capitol South Metro Station (orange/blue/silver lines), and <7 min walk to the Navy Yard-Ballpark Metro Station (green line). 
- The apartment complex has multiple gyms and pools (including a rooftop pool and barbecue areas). The apartment itself also offers daily/weekly/monthly activities so that you can get to know your neighbors!
