My agenda on a typical weekday: If I'm not working late at the office, I'm heading to the gym for yoga, hip hop or swimming or going to HH/dinner with friends. I also sometimes travel for work during the week.
My agenda on a typical weekend: When I'm home, sleeping in is paramount to me (so quiet time is appreciated) but after I get my day started I'm likely out of the house socializing or golfing. However, I do travel a lot and given that it is the winter I'll likely be taking off for Tahoe a few Fridays-Sundays.
My typical attitude towards life: I'm pretty easy to get along with and cherish my relationships with my friends and family. I definitely work hard, play hard so when I'm home I'm usually pretty exhausted and spend a lot of time sleeping or just vegging :)
Because this is my home of 7 years, no bringing the party home. Guests are ok (only when you are present) but overnight guests need to be familiar faces and not super frequent because of the shared bathroom. I also ask that you respect my stuff and split the price of communal living stuff, like paper towels/tp, etc.

Beautiful, large, quiet, natural lighting w/ mellow roommate
The location: Can't get any better (in my humble opinion). On a quiet street in the Marina a couple of blocks from the stunning Palace of Fine Arts and Presidio in one direction, the harbor in the other, Fort Mason just a few blocks in the other direction and the finest shopping, bars and restaurants Chestnut has to offer in the other direction.
The unit: Very large corner unit on the 2nd floor of a small apartment building. Quiet complex with nice neighbors, mostly in early 30's. Beautiful natural lighting and room comfortably fits queen bed, 2 night stands, a desk and dresser with good size closet. The entire apartment is furnished, including the room you'd be in (but the room furnishing is negotiable). Shared bathroom with separate tub and shower.
