Available Room for Rent

Cute, Cozy, Independence home.

The home I live in has three bedrooms. It’s got lots of natural lighting and lots of plants upstairs. I do have a sunroom that is converted into a gym/home office and I am happy to share the gym equipment!
I have a fenced in back yard and I do have a grill if you enjoy cooking!

The extra room/space I have for rent is downstairs. You can fit a King or Queen size bed in there. There is a closet as well and you will have your own private bathroom that is connected to your bedroom. There is also a TV/Living room area that is free for you to setup however you’d like. :)

If you are a sports person, my house is located about 8 minutes from Arrowhead and Kauffman Stadium!

There is a covered parking spot right next to the garage that you can use.

I have a washer and dryer that I am happy to share. They are located downstairs in a shared space.

The kitchen is upstairs and it of course is free for you to use as well. :)

My front porch area has hummingbird feeders and plants galore. It’s a nice space to hangout if you enjoy nature and listening to birds.
