Punkn P - $800/month

I’m just moving from California. I’ve been here my whole life and I just want to start over in a different city. I’ll be coming in the middle October to get a feel of the city. I have job opportunities set up for me already so I won’t need to worry about income. I’ll be providing my own transportation if needed. I do like to cook often. Not a fan of takeout so I would love to make meals. I’m a very busy individual who you will hardly see around but I always have time to make personal connections. I’m a fan of finding new hobbies and chill nights. I do tend to be inside at an early time of the night but I will communicate if I will not be returning home for the night. I’m very open with communication so that it’s a comfortable living experience for us all.
