I'm moving to New York to work as a Software Engineer. I will be working in FiDi/WTC area and hoping to get a place that has good access to the subway so I can get to work within a 30-minute commute.

About myself: I am a recent college grad, love to travel (been to 16 different countries), wish to explore cool restaurants/areas and meet people, enjoy video games, TV/movies, and I'm really into tech and investing. In general, I would say I am very clean and prefer someone who is clean/organized as well.

I am not a smoker and don't use any drugs. I drink occasionally but more so with friends/company. I am looking for a roommate who is also a non-smoker and doesn't use drugs.

I will be commuting to the office probably 2-3 times a week and will be working from home the remaining days. My timeframe to move to NYC is around early/mid-October. Please let me know if you are interested in finding a place together :)
