Hi everyone! My roommate is leaving Chicago when our lease ends on July 31st. I’d love to resign for another year, but I need a roommate.
The apartment is in Wicker Park, right on Milwaukee Ave near the 6-corners. The space is a HUGE 2,000sqft, 2bed/2bath, on the top floor(4th), in-unit washer/dryer, and is fully furnished. My current roommate who is leaving is also wiling to leave his bed, TV, and desk (shown in the bedroom photos) at no cost. Rent would be $1,275/month. I’m 29, a PM at PayPal, and work from home. I’m still new-ish to the city so I enjoy going out when I can to see what Chicago has to offer. Let me know if you’re interested!
