I’m Susan - I’m an event planner and for the most part work a fairly 9-5, M-F job with a fair amount of exceptions on the weekends.

I’m clean, I like clean people! Do I have clutter? Yes. I have a lot of clothes and shoes, but you’ll close to never find any of it in shared common spaces - I keep that to myself in my room. I surely do expect the same courtesy.
