F23. I'd love to find a any number of roommates open to being friends/hanging out sometimes. I'm very organized, tidy, and quiet but friendly. I would prefer someone who is also neat and respectful of common spaces and I want an apartment that feels like home for everyone. I am open to pets (except reptiles), drinking/smoking, and having people over at reasonable noise levels. I like to play video games, read, and cook, and am a night owl but don't mind an early riser. My budget is anywhere from $1000-$2000 each a month in Queens.
