Hi Everyone my name is KAT , I’m a recent FIU graduate. I graduated in July with a degree in Broadcast Media and Social Media E-Marketing Analytics. I currently live in a studio in North Miami and I’m looking to get a 2 bedroom modern style apartment in northeast Miami. My max budget is $1800. So $900 each. The lower the better!

I work in advertising, typically long hours and I’m debating on getting a weekend job as I like to hustle. I’m typically hardly home , but I do like to keep my place neat and tidy regardless of if I’m there or not as I have a Extreme fear of bugs and rodents . I’m responsible and focused and I would like potential roommate to be the same. I’m looking for an even split and timely payments. So accountability and responsibility are important to me when it comes to financial duties. I do like to have a good time on occasion and hang with friends at different events in the city. I’m super friendly, chill, and when I’m home I like to relax by watching movies or tv shows and either ordering good food or cooking at home.
