I would provide all appliances including in unit washer & dryer. Very convenient, close parking. Kitchen has microwave, toster oven & glass top oven. Side by side refrigerator w/water & ice maker. Huge farmhouse still sink w/garbage disposal. Huge livingroom & sunroom I'm in the master. I'm a single disabled women who stays to herself.
