Available Room for Rent

1 Room + Private Bathroom in Rhodes Ranch

Hello! I have a private bedroom, closet and full bathroom available for rent in my house. I will also have a ceiling fan installed within several weeks.

Looking for a mellow, mature, friendly and fun roommate who's looking for the same. Not an excessive party animal but also not an antisocial recluse. Somewhere in the middle and, that being said, I don't really care what your age, sex or sexual preference is. If you have good vibes, solid rental history & steady employment then we're set. I'm the only one that lives here (along w/ two super friendly siamese cats) and work from home during the day in the loft upstairs- I can rent this space out if interested and work from home.

I use the third bedroom for yoga, painting and the occasional overnight guest/s (about once every 2 months) and you're more than welcome to use it for the same. You'll have full access to the home common areas- living/dining room, kitchen, laundry, etc. Garage parking may be an option if you have a small car and we can shuffle some stuff around. If it won't work then it can offer extra storage space. There is also a guest half bathroom downstairs.

Backyard has BBQ, patio, furniture & a small veggie garden I'm trying to enhance. I just moved here a few months ago and am in the process of building a firepit in time for winter and waterfall + tiki bar for next summer.

This is a private well-guarded gated golf course community and you'll have full access to the pool, water park, clubhouse, gym, etc + resident discounts for the golf course and grille.
