The apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 bath loft style. The room I am looking to fill is very private and has its own bathroom. You would be upstairs and have a loft attached to your room. My old roommate moved out as he is moving in with his girlfriend. The apartment has laundry onsite, tandem parking in the garage, water and garbage are paid for by the apartment. We pay gas, electric and internet, which comes out to be about $100. We are with walking distance of 7-Eleven, Trader Joe's, CVS, and Coffee Bean. The Culver Center is just down the street with Ralph's, LA Fitness, Best Buy and other stores.
