I am a new homeowner as of May 24 which is when I moved into my new build home. The home sits in the Lennar community less than five minutes from Westgate. The property is a gated community with access to a PRIVATE community pool. The house is also equipped with ring security. I do have another female in the house so it is not just me who lives there. The best thing to do is to meet up at the nearby Starbucks have a drink and socialize and ask questions at that time and then show the house versus sitting here trying to share with you what I’m about. I’m looking for a mature respectful responsible female only to rent the room which includes all utilities, free Internet, private bath, washer/dryer & Private community pool:)
