Beau - $1,400/month

Hi,

I'm an engineer (40M) working on a project in the Nashville area for the next 3 to 6 months. Most of my work is done on the road, and I'm allergic to renting an entire apartment or townhouse for myself knowing I'll be gone 22-ish days every month. So I'm looking for a private master + private bath in a nice home or condo, to share with 1 or 2 others. I get along with most, not super social but it is nice to know at least a couple people in a new city so that's always appreciated.

I'm thinking $1000, maybe up to $1200 would be easy for me. Please let me know your neighborhood in your reply, along with anything else you'd like to know.
