Roomie Needed for beautiful, upgraded townhome

Looking for a roomie to move in by October 1st for a 3 story 3bd 3.5ba townhome with an attached 2 car garage (with storage)! This is a beautiful, upgraded townhome in a gated community located in Point Loma. Just under 3 miles to both Crown Point and Mission beach and under 2 miles to Ocean Beach.

You would have the bottom floor to yourself which is a bedroom (11x10) and huge full bathroom plus a parking spot in the attached garage. Rent is $1475 plus utilities.
The 2nd level of the house has a massive kitchen with an island connected to the living/dining room (which is all furnished) plus a half bath and patio.
The 3rd level there is a laundry room and 2 bedrooms where myself and another roomie live. We are both young professional females in our late 20’s to 30, very laid back and easy to get along with. We are looking for someone that is CLEAN and respectful. Dogs considered.

This gated community offers an updated gym as well as a beautiful pool with cabanas and a hot tub with a firepit to relax by.
