Location & Commute
Our place is super convenient, just one mile from UCR Lot 30 on Canyon Crest. There's a direct, safe path for biking or walking straight to campus within 15 minutes, which should be perfect since you won't require a car. Plus, it's walking distance to the Canyon Crest Shopping Center for groceries and other essentials.

Room & House Details
You'd have your own private room. We're looking to secure a full-year lease soon for the late summer/fall 2025 quarter, running from August 31, 2025, to August 31, 2026. Rent is around $800 per month, plus utilities (typically $50-$100 monthly). The house has tall ceilings, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a spacious living room, and in-unit laundry. There's also a large backyard for relaxing.
