I have a senior dog. I work in sales and am in and out throughout the day. I prefer someone that has a job they go to daily vs a work form home setup. Guest are fine with prior heads-up. I keep a pretty clean home and expect the same from a roommate. I cook daily but I’m not a fancy cook by any means. Bonus points if you are a great cook and don’t mind teaching me a little. I enjoy the outdoors. Often times I am out hiking on the weekends. I go camping a few times yearly. In an actual tent! Love the Oregon City area and often times go downtown to see if any new places popped up. I’m pretty easy going and have no problem enjoying a meal with my roommate or having a movie night. Projection screen in the house! I’m also cool with when a roommate wants their space as well. I’m huge on communication and resolving any issues with a level head and democratic approach. I drink very seldom but have been known to meet a friend at a local restaurant or food pod for one.

Looking for 1 roommate for house in Oregon City Barclay Hills neighborhood. Rent would be $1000/ month plus half utilities plus dog deposit (s). The house is 2.5 bathrooms so you’d have your own. House is two story 3 bedrooms. No third roommate, just myself and one other. I like to keep a tidy house. I prefer a female roommate mainly due to past experiences but would reconsider depending on the individual. No drama, no smoking, not a party house or a place for lots of friends dropping by. The room is for one person, no couples. The house is dog friendly with a meet and greet first to make sure they get along with my senior pup. No cats as I am very allergic. Good sized fenced backyard with peekaboo views of Mt Hood. The house is very close to downtown Oregon City and all its restaurants and cool retail businesses. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the house sits on a dead end street with several parks within walking distance. I work in sales and am in and out throughout the day.
