I have a room for rent in Sugar Land, TX. The room has a shared bathroom. It’s a quiet neighborhood with security on patrol. Garage and driveway parking available. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, including public transportation. Internet and utilities (water, gas, internet, and electricity) are included with the rent. No pets allowed. The room is unfurnished, but basic appliances are available.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay long term. The roommate would be a non-smoker, does not use drugs, or is too noisy. Outdoor smoking is fine. The property is well maintained, clean, and a peaceful place to stay in. There will be a $40 non-refundable application fee paid by the renter to perform a credit check. The security deposit is $500, which is refundable if the property is returned in a good condition.
