I´m male, brazilian F-1 visa student, 43 years, no smoker, vacined COVID, no bad habits.
I´m married and have two kids (8 and 6 years).

I´m currently an accounting and starting a Master Degree in Project Management at St. Francis College, Brooklyn.
My family will be in Brazil when I study. I need a room to stay during the course. I have classes on site just once a month.

I have no income yet in the USA, although I have founds to sustain me in the USA for 12 months, but pretend to apply for a job as soon as the University gives me a work permit (2 months).
