I have a lift room available for rent. 3 or 6 month leases and 1 year available after first 6 month lease expires upon request. I will currently be living in the basement with my two dogs Moki (pitbull) and Odin(Siberian husky) Both dogs are VERY friendly, but moki does not do well meeting me dogs. I have a unique work schedule of working early hours (3am everyday) so I'm looking for someone that is quiet and can be respectful of that. I live in a small circle so only one parking space is available on the road but there are plenty available next to the park that is a one minute walk from the house. Eventually I will have another spot on my driveway one I can afford to widen it. There is a washer and dryer in the main floor bathroom that will be shared with myself. I do laundry once a week and I keep it chest and I would expect the same. I would like to have someone who is clean and picks up after themselves. I'm ready to talk to and I'm always willing to chat and discuss issues that need to attended.
