My name is Joshua. I'm an actor and I work part time remotely. I am very creative and would love to live with other artists or creative-like people. I like to keep my space clean and am very considerate of others. I rarely/never have guests over and I am very independent. I like to cook at home and socialize here and there with my roommates. I am very chill and mostly stay in my room either working or watching tv. I have been trying to find people who have a similar lifestyle.

I'm looking for a third roommate, my friend and I are both actors, we are black men in our 20s. We are looking for someone who has a similar lifestyle and is overall a chill person.

Here are my non-negotiables:
I cannot tolerate smoking of any kind inside (WEED included) and I strongly prefer to live with people who don't smoke at all. I really do not like to live with any kind of pets and strongly prefer my roommates not having one (unless the pet is extremely chill and rarely comes out of your room, makes noise, and doesn't smell)
