My name is Christina and I'm a 30 year old, pre-licensed psychologist working at a private practice in Midtown Manhattan. I am currently looking for a place for myself and my 2 pets (cat and chihuahua) both very well behaved. I also have a fiance who is paroling in December of 2019 and need a place that would be okay with him living there, even if for a brief time. He would also be working full time. I have terrible credit (thanks to student loans) but have never had a problem paying rent anywhere and can provide proof of income (54k per year).
