Place is very spacious. Newly renovated. Rooms are very large. Big enough for queen sized bed and plenty of furniture. There will be a bit of furniture in the common areas, but you're welcome to bring your own. The place is a block or two away from the C/A trains and about a 5 minute walk from the 1 train. It takes 20 minutes to get downtown. Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, bars, places to shop right near the apartment. We are very laid back, clean and courteous. We ask the same of our prospective roommate.
