About Me

I am a bit of a mess in my own room but I like to keep shared spaces very clean, and would appreciate someone who can do the same. I do like to cook occasionally as well; I go through phases of wanting to cook everything for a while, so sometimes I will spend literal hours in the kitchen, but will make space if needed. The shared spaces are fully furnished with my things, so there is no need for additional furniture, but if potential roommates have some of their own that they would be bringing along, we can figure things out. If I am not at work or working out, I'm usually at home just hanging out or out with my girlfriend. Any potential roommate MUST be LGBTQ+ friendly/tolerant. I'm not big on huge gatherings/parties, but I realize not everyone is like me and things can be arranged if you wanna have a get together of sorts. The roommate relationship is honestly up in the air: if someone wants to be friendly and hang out/have drinks, I'm down, but also if they want to just keep to themselves and want me to do the same, that's cool too. I just ask that there be communication about wishes and living arrangement preferences so that we can both live as comfortably as we can.
I'm generally 420 friendly, but this place is smoke free per the lease, so if you choose to partake, it'll have to be edibles or you'll have to smoke outside. Pets are also not allowed, so unfortunately, if you have pets, it's going to be a no-go. I would also highly prefer a female roommate; I find I'm more comfortable with women, no offense guys.
