The room is in a 3rd-floor walkup converted apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Plenty of Privacy, bedrooms are at the opposite side of the apartment, with the kitchen and foyer/small living room in the middle. Be aware that the available large bedroom is accessed through the kitchen, and it has an opening for a curtain for privacy; it has no door, it has plenty of natural light through 2 large street-facing windows.

Looking for a kind, clean, and responsible person. Someone who wants to keep the apartment chill, peaceful, and clean up after themselves. The kitchen and bathroom should be an stress-free space for both of us. Be respectful and considerate of each other’s schedules and lives.

My current roommate has lived here for a long time, She is packing_as you can see in the photos_ and the apartment will be pretty empty. The foyer is currently not used, so we have an opportunity to make it cozy and feel like home.

For the lease, the landlord will ask for an excellent credit score and proof of income. One month’s rent plus one month’s rent as a security deposit. Ulities not included.

The apartment is located on Pleasant Avenue and 116th Street. It is 10 -15 min walk to 116th subway station and a few blocks to several bus lines. Plenty of groceries, laundry, restaurants, and cafes around.
