We’re currently located in Phoenix, near the SR-51 and Loop 202 freeways.
Closest major cross streets: 24th St / 32nd St & McDowell.

We’re planning to move to a house in the West Valley within the next 6–8 months, so someone open to either a short-term stay or possibly relocating with us later would be ideal (but not required).

💰 Rent & Move-In Costs

$850/month – all utilities included
(Electricity, water/sewer/trash, and high-speed internet)

Includes a covered parking spot

Hall closet for extra storage

Full access to kitchen, living room, and hall bathroom.

Washer & dryer on-site

You’ll have your own fridge/freezer space

Move-in: $300 deposit + first month’s rent.
Background check required.
We believe in second chances, but we can’t allow violence or drugs in the home. References will also be requested.

Drug-free (weed is fine)

Employed / stable income

No felonies involving violence, drugs, or theft within the last 10 years (no SA, period)

Drama-free, respectful, and easygoing – basically, treat people how you’d want to be treated

Reasonably clean – not a neat freak, just pick up after yourself and help keep shared spaces tidy

Okay with animals – we have 2 dogs and 2 cats (another pet might work if everyone gets along)

Kid-friendly – we have two awesome, well-mannered kids with a room next to the available one

👋 About Us

We’re two adults, two kids, two senior cats, and two dogs. We keep things tidy, enjoy cooking, movies, gaming, BBQs, and working on the truck. Chill and respectful — no drama here.

We’re early-to-bed on weekdays and might hang out until about 1 a.m. on weekends (nothing wild). You might hear some football cheering or music now and then — but we keep it reasonable and respect our neighbors.
