This is the largest bedroom in the unit and you would have access to a private balcony. There are 1.5 bathrooms and the living/ dining room isn’t very furnished at the moment but hopefully, with the right person, we can decorate the apartment and make it a bit more lively. Kind of small kitchen but adequate enough to cook and do what you need to do. There is also a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Laundry is free to use and can be located in the basement. Neighborhood is really nice and relatively safe. Close to Clark park, really great restaurants, a few walkable grocery stores and an abundance of bus/trolly/EL options to get you downtown pretty quickly.
