Hey!
I am looking to fill the master bedroom of my apartment since my roommate is moving out. It's a master bedroom with a walk-in closet in Russian Hill, ($2400/mo.). The apartment is a newly renovated (in 2021), 3 bed / 2 bath apartment, with full Golden Gate and unobstructed city views. The lease starts July 23rd, and we would need to get you approved by the property manager by June 23rd.
The apartment itself is on the 6th floor of a 6-floor building in Russian Hill (Polk & Union St.). The unit was newly renovated in 2021 just before I moved in and is still in new condition with new appliances. It features an in-unit washer and drier, a full kitchen (comes with microwave), and has a fully furnished living room (couch, TV, dining table). There are two bathrooms, one of which is shared (master and 1 other room shares this bathroom).
The building has an elevator and packages are delivered inside. There is a security code to get into the building. Parking may be available in the building garage, but at an additional price.
Regarding the area, the building is located in Russian Hill (Polk & Union St.), one of the most desirable neighborhoods and locations. Right next door are several highly rated and popular restaurants, shops, bars, gyms, grocery stores, laundromats, grocery stores, and farmers markets. The neighborhood is super safe and full of mid-20s and 30s professionals. This location provides an easy commute to downtown San Francisco, making it easy to maintain a desirable work-life balance. It’s also a short walk to Fort Mason, Ghirardelli Square, Alta Plaza, Francisco Park, and other popular spots.
