A simple bedroom with a walk in closet, and a window facing the parking lot. There is some furnishings, including a large dresser, a mini fridge, and a tv. I have a spare full-size bed frame and mattress available. Quality isn't going to win any awards, and there are trains nearby so it can be loud sometimes. But although it's not a great part of town, this apartment complex is safe and is all families with kids and guys who work construction. Never had a issue with break ins or theft or anything like that. Nobody comes around here. It's usually quiet, aside from the trains, with the occasional party outside. Just a simple, cheap place. I've been here over 7 years.
