My friend and I are looking to fill a room in a 3 bedroom apartment with Jan 1st move-in.
Cost: rent is $750/mo, month-to-month with no deposit (all basic utilities included)
Another $25/mo for internet
Location: Astoria/LIC - one block from the Steinway St stop on the M/R
Rite Aid, grocery store, liquor store, laundromat all 1-2 blocks away
Bodega literally downstairs for ultra convenience
Apartment is on 2nd floor of building with one full flight of stairs up
The Room:10’x13’, three windows with west and north exposure.
About Us:
-Bobby is a 33 yo man who works in advertising
-Eric is a 29 yo man who works in tech and is currently fostering a dog named Scott
We are friends who met playing volleyball together
We are both working remotely so doors are closed and quiet for the most part through the weekdays (and even on weekends, to be honest)
