The middle full bath is shared between (1) other roommate, but there is a half bathroom downstairs, so always a restroom/mirror available for getting ready etc.

$850 ($500 deposit) a month includes EVERYTHING all bills (Gas, Trash, Electric, Water and Hi-speed internet,Washer & Dryer in the house). ($1350) to move in and the ($500) security deposit will be refunded with a 30 day notice.

The deposit is there to protect us from tenant leaving without a 30 day notice or/and any major damages.

Looking for drama free laid back tenant with a current job. Must clean after themselves and respect other roommates food and personal space. Two guys living in a 3 bedroom house looking for a third. Easy going and laid back is a plus!
