Budget is like $1700-2000, hoping to find something that’s fairly updated with laundry on site or in unit.

I’m 27, just finished a masters in public health in nyc, and I work in healthcare consulting fully remotely. I like to go out and work from various coffee shops some days, but would like to have space for a decent wfh setup. I work a lot of weekend nights as well. Interests include walks, runs, house/techno, tennis, dance, travel/being in nature.

Hoping for someone who’s kind and laidback, and I reallllly value a very clean/uncluttered living space.
