Hi! We're looking for a female to take over our third bedroom. The building is 6 units built 1 year ago and the apartment is a 3 bed 1.5 bath located on the top (4th) floor. The available room comes with a full sized bed, wardrobe, and clothing rods built into the wall. The room is about 8x11 feet. There is currently a bed, side table, bookshelf, mirror, and wardrobe area that all fit great! Every room has a ton of windows and there is great natural light all throughout the apt. The neighborhood and street is great with bars restaurants and 4 grocery stores nearby. The street is quiet and very residential. Our apartment has a very very large deck where we love hosting friends during warmer months and two shared rooftops on the roof of the building. Laundry is in-unit located on the floor below us. We are both 28 years old. Due to Covid-19 we are working from home indefinitely and are very quiet during the week days. We like to hangout on the deck, have friends over occasionally and go out around Williamsburg. We are all really chill and easy going. Our lease ends June 31, 2021. Rent is $1534 not including WiFi (around $30/month) and electric (between $40-$70/month based on season). We also have one small cat.
