Hi everyone! I'm urgently looking for a sublet/lease takeover or roommates to apartment hunt with an early/mid may move in. I'll be working in Midtown east so I am super flexible ab location, i just want to be under a 40 minute commute to Grand Central Station! My budget is <$1,700

A little about me! I’m 24, a graphic designer, and will be moving from Boston. I have the sweetest cat Lentil (pictured below lol) so must be pet friendly! he gets along well with other animals and actually prefers to have a furry friend in addition to his human ones. He trained and of course would 100% be my responsibility but he does like to hang out with my roommates!! I will be working fully in person so i will be out of the apt most of the day but i do like to keep my common areas clean and hang out with my roommates when i am home. in my free time I like to have crafty girl nights, explore new places, and go to happy hour. I often am more of a wine night girly but I definitely enjoying going out occasionally! I'll be new to the city so I would love to be friends with my roommate but I also appreciate having individual time/space!
