Available Room for Rent

looking for someone to take over my lease.

i am looking for someone to take over my lease august 1st, its a great room on its own floor with a private bathroom. its on the third floor but the heat and ac both hit pretty hard up there. weve got a big backyard and parking in the back, as well as a porch. its got washer and dryer and a big ol kitchen. my roommate is a sweetheart and keeps to herself mostly, she works at a bakery at night and sleeps during the day so you probably wont see her too much but might find little treats in the morning sometimes which is fun. our landlord lives right across the street which is convenient for any fixes that need done and shes very quick to respond. we also live right down the street from a park and a short walk to downtown. i will take better pictures of my room when i move more things out just wanted to give an idea of the layout mind the mess🤟
