Connor S - $1,400/month

Hey! I am a 24 year old from Virginia who is moving up to New York to start a job on June 21st (move in date can be flexible). My ideal location is East Village/LES, but would also consider somewhere on the UES or elsewhere depending on the place.

Ideally I’m looking for 2-3 roommates. I don’t have a place lined up yet myself, so I would be fine with matching up with a person/people with a place, or searching for an apartment once I’ve found roommates.

I’m sure everyone describes themselves this way lmao but I would say I’m pretty laid back and friendly. I do like to go out on weekends, but am considerate not to bring any of the noise home if people are trying to sleep. Part of the reason I’m looking for roommates is cost obviously, but I would also definitely want someone that I could be friends and hang out with. Let me know if you’re interested, thanks!
