We're looking for a roommate to join us in our 5 bed / 2 bath apartment in Brighton. We are in a very quiet, residential neighborhood. For buses, we have the 501, 57 (Boston) and 86 (Cambridge) lines, as well as Boston Landing (Framingham/Worcester Train Line) all in walking distance. We have a spot on the driveway for a car and there is always plenty of residential parking in the area.

Move in is ideally October 15 but is flexible (Oct 1 and Nov 1 can also work).

You'd be moving into our largest bedroom that's tucked away on the top floor and gets plenty of sunlight. We have our own washer and dryer in unit all to ourselves. Kitchen also features a dishwasher and garbage disposal in sink. The living room, kitchen, pantry, 2 bathrooms and outdoor patio (in the back) are all shared spaces. We also have an attic and basement that provides plenty of storage. All common areas are furnished but you're welcome to bring anything you think would brighten up the place.

You'd be moving in with 4 roommates (3F and 1M) in their mid 20s and earl 30s, as well as a 2 year old cat. The roommates keep mostly to themselves. We don't have any formal rules but we've been very good about keeping the apartment clean and organized, as well as being respectful to each other's living habits, and would like someone joining to continue that tradition. The cat is also very sweet and incredibly docile.
