Hello - I’m looking for someone to rent out my spare room. I have an Xbox or Apple TV for the room with streaming apps. I have really good WIFi. It is a shared bathroom situation but I have a vanity in my room so I’m only in there to shower and use the restroom. We have a nice large back patio/yard area. I do have dogs and cat - the dogs go to the sitter when I’m not home unless it’s just to run an errand. I’m try to keep the house picked up during the week and then I deep clean on weekends. Washer and dryer in the townhouse. It’s a really lovely area. I’m pretty boring and a homebody. I mostly stick to myself and spend time with my animals. I do love to be outside and I work quite a bit. Let me know if you think we may be a good fit!
