The apartment is 2 bedroom / 2 full bath with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and in-unit washer dryer. I am looking for someone to take the master bedroom and bath which is $1600/month, and that includes a parking spot in the building’s heated garage. However, if you don't have a car you are welcome to rent out the parking spot, which usually go for $175-$200/month, and offset some of the rent (there are a number of offices around our building where employees look for spots).
