Roommate for 2/2 apartment

Looking for a roommate to share a two bedroom apartment with in Miami Shores just east of Biscayne Boulevard; you would have your own room/bathroom. Rent is $850/month and we will split the electricity/Wi-Fi.

The unit is located on the third floor and overlooks the Condo's pool. There is a washer and dryer on every level of the building. Currently, the living room is unfurnished so we can discuss furnishings for those who are interested.

I do have a dog, so you must be an animal lover and comfortable around a large breed dog. The space is available as of Feb 1st
