Hello to all! My name is Maria. Im looking for a roommate to rent a 2 bdr apt in brooklyn or close queens. My budget is around 1500, so we could rent a 2bd apt for 3k or so(50/50). My requirements for the apt are: elevator or 1-2nd floor, laundry at least in the building and the apt should be about 800sqft or larger with rather spacious bedrooms than living room. I have excellent credit and make enough) im fun person, love to cook, movies, tratvel of course!
