I'm a 32 year old working professional, born and raised in Chicago!

Hobbies: video games, watching or attending sporting events (Go Hawks!), going to concerts/events, watching anime, speed running video games, going out, painting and playing music. I also watch more Youtube or Netflix than I probably should.

Personality: I'm a pretty straight-forward individual, and I don't like drama. If I have an issue with them, I talk it out since I don't expect anyone to be able to read my mind. That said, I'm really chill, outgoing, and I get along with any reasonable person :) I love going out and exploring the city, but am also prone to lazy days inside.

What I'm looking for:

I'm looking for a roommate that I can be friends with, and enjoy our mutual space. I am also respectful of personal space and alone time -- but I'm not looking for someone to just split the rent with. I wouldn't go through the trouble of making this profile, i'd just find someone on craig's list. We don't have to have all the same interests, but I tend to get along well with those who are into gaming, nerd-centric things. Or movie marathons! I'm open-minded to alot of things, so I am alway game for anything. If we're going to live together, we may as well make it a cozy and fun home! Lastly, I'd prefer someone who is able to communicate if something is going wrong. We're not mind readers, so if troubles arise I'd like to be able to sit down and talk it out so we can move on from whatever it is :)

What I'm not looking for:

Super messy roommates. If you're the kind of roommate who cooks and leave big chunks of raw meat out and doesn't remove it. Or trash on the floor and can't be bothered to pick it up, we won't make a good match. I'm not a neat freak, but I don't want to live in filth lol Just don't be gross, and we'll be fine.
