I'm a laid back and ready to be a good roommate. I'm respectful of other's space and things, don't smoke cigarettes (only vape and can do so outside if needed though obviously not preferred), don't have people over often, no kids and no significant other right now. I like plants, lifting weights, my cat (declawed from previous owner so doesn't scratch anything up), and relaxing at home.
